Every association has its own subdomain, like yourassociation.angie-web.test. If you don’t remember it, use the Log in page on the main Angie marketing site — it can look up your association by name.
Use Forgot password? on your association’s login page. You’ll get a reset link by email. If you don’t receive it, check with your association’s admin that the email address on file is correct.
Your association may have reached its plan’s member limit. Admins see a warning on the dashboard and Subscription page as the limit approaches, and approvals are blocked once you’re over it until you upgrade.
Yes. From the admin console’s Subscription page, request an upgrade or downgrade. Angie reviews the request before it takes effect.
Groups are usually structural — chapters, class sets — while committees are working groups with specific roles, like planning or finance. See Groups and Committees.
Your wallet balance belongs to your account. Withdraw it to a saved bank account at any time from Wallet.
Your association’s admins can always see your full profile. Other members only see what you’ve chosen to share, set from Profile & privacy.
Change your password immediately from Settings or Security settings, and turn on two-factor authentication if you haven’t already. Contact your association’s admin if you need further help.
