Review and decide on new membership applications

When someone registers on your association’s public site, their application lands here for review rather than becoming a member immediately.

For each application you can:

• Approve — the applicant becomes a full member and gets a welcome email.
• Request info — ask the applicant for something missing before you decide.
• Reject — decline the application, with a reason sent by email.

Approving an application sets the member’s expiry date automatically, based on the duration of the membership type they applied under.
