Manage your association’s plan and respond to usage alerts

This page shows your current plan, your member count against its limit, and any pending change requests.

Upgrading or downgrading

Select a different tier and submit a request. Both upgrades and downgrades are reviewed by Angie before taking effect — you’ll get an email once it’s approved or rejected, and your current plan keeps working while the request is pending. See Choosing a plan for what the tiers include.

Usage alerts

If your member count crosses 80%, 90%, or 100% of your plan’s limit, a warning appears here and your admins get an email. Past 100%, new member approvals are blocked until you upgrade or reduce your member count.
