Track longer-running fundraising initiatives separately from one-off donation campaigns

Projects are for bigger, longer-running initiatives — a building fund, a scholarship fund — tracked separately from short donation campaigns.

Create a project with a name, description, and target amount, then edit or close it out as it progresses.
