# Choosing a plan

> How Angie's member-count pricing tiers work

Angie prices by how many members your association has, not by feature access — every plan includes the full platform. As your membership grows, you move up a tier; as it shrinks, you can move down.

<Tip>
  See [Pricing & plans](/pricing) for the current tier list and prices. You can also try the interactive [pricing calculator](/pricing#pricing-calculator) linked from the marketing pricing page.
</Tip>

## Picking a plan during signup

During the signup wizard's plan step, you enter roughly how many members you expect to start with, and Angie suggests the matching tier. You're not locked in — you can change plans later from the admin console.

## Changing plans later

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Subscription">
    From the admin console, go to **Subscription**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Request a change">
    Select a different tier and submit a change request. Upgrades and downgrades are both reviewed before they take effect — your current plan stays active while the request is pending.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for review">
    Angie's team approves or rejects the request. You'll get an email either way, and an approved upgrade switches your plan immediately.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Usage alerts

As your member count approaches your plan's limit, the admin console shows a warning, and your admins get an email — first at 80% of the limit, again at 90%, at 100%, and if you go over. This gives you time to upgrade before new member approvals are blocked.
